AM's maintenance department is committed to providing flexibility and reliability for 24 hours a day - 365 days a year,
and through its team of highly trained engineers operate a mobile Nationwide service.
In general each specific maintenance contract is
tailored to suit client requirements and budget, with site appointed engineers being
selected having due regard to the technical nature and complexities of each individual
project. Where desired AM can provide site based resident engineers (under contract) for
any specified period of time, and the sales team are always happy to offer free non
obligatory advice in this area.
Future customers/clients can fairly expect that all
call-outs will be answered promptly by regional based service engineers, who provide a
fast response to ensure that equipment operates at maximum efficiency throughout its
working life. AM insist on a high level of quality and integrity from its maintenance
teams, with an emphasis on protecting the end users investment. Indeed these policies
strongly reflect the companies slogan of *Engineering A Better Environment*.
As part of our innovative and flexible approach AM
can where required provide a microprocessor based control monitoring system which may be
programmed to match the unique needs of any specific building or project. The system
integrates the separate mechanical and electrical components into an up-to-date computer
support facility controlling and monitoring temperature, humidity, air flow and air
